My two front teeth, Mason at the fair and carmel apples

It is official Alex has now lost is two front teeth and can sing All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth, my two front teeth, my two front teeth! Christmas isn't too far away right?

It is so cute to see him with his missing teeth!

I took Mason and Jacob to the GREAT Fredrick fair. Alex was at school and doesn't really enjoy looking at animals all that much. In fact I think the last time we took him his comment was " Please don't make me look at another cow!" So I just took Mason who LOVES animals.

The tractors were great. Mason is now saving all of his money for a John Deer. If we ever tell him he can use his own money to buy something he refuses because he is saving for the Tractor. It is very funny. I don't think he realizes just how long it is going to take him to save a few thousand dollars.

His favorite animal this year were the pigs and needless to say he has now added a pet pig to his list of animals he wants on his farm when he gets pig. ( He wants to be a Farmer when he grows up and talks about it non stop?

Yes I know he has kind of a funny smile on his face but you would too if a big cow had just given you are real live cow lick to the back of your head! Which is exactly what just had happened. The best part is that we love a book called cowlick by Christin Ditchfield. It is about how cows sneak into your rooms at night and lick the back of you head to give you "cowlicks". And that is why your hair is always sticking up in the morning. Really cute book that I recommend. So Mason really believes that is how it happens and the next morning when he woke up with messy hair he said" Mom that cow from the fair must have snuck in my room last night. " To which I replied"it looks like he sure did!"

One of my favorite things about fall is making Carmel apples. I have found memories of making them with my mom while growing up. So let the tradition continue!

YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
